Day lot separations have made it easy to select the best of what was harvested to build the bigger lot. That said, the majority of the harvest is showing better as we have witnessed with the group's coffees in general. The logical feedback loop of having a cupping lab managed by growers coupled with the implementation of farm-based depulping has resulted in more clean, composed cups that show the potential of the Donis farm's location.  Sweet, clear cup with grape, honeycomb and panela.
